4. Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns are always in need of a quarterback. They have the No. 2 pick in this year’s draft and might very well use that pick on a quarterback again. However, using a pick as valuable as the No. 2 pick on an uncertainty could come back to bite them again.

At this point, the Browns just need to add good players to their roster and start nailing these draft picks. That hasn’t been something they have been successful at much, but it could serve their best interests to maybe take a Joey Bosa instead of a Carson Wentz.

The Browns hired Hue Jackson to turn the franchise around and Jackson has a history of having major success with quarterbacks. He got the best out of Andy Dalton with the Cincinnati Bengals last season and he certainly could get the best out of Colin Kaepernick.

Wherever Kaepernick goes, he’s going to need to be in a situation where he’s trusted to be the guy and where he’s going to have a coach that’s going to support him and get the best play out of him. That situation could be Cleveland, given Jackson’s track record with quarterbacks.

Otherwise, the Browns could take the big risk on a quarterback again early in the draft and miss on another potential star player elsewhere.
