FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-February 27
High Value C
Mason Plumlee-Portland Trail Blazers (5,300): Plumlee has posted at least 24 fantasy points in three of his last four games although he continues to be a defensive liability. He should be in a good place to perform offensively tonight against the Bulls who allow the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing centers. Plumlee has been getting more playing time recently as well, and if he can stay on the floor tonight should be a productive mid-range option. ∗∗∗
Enes Kanter-Oklahoma City Thunder (4,900): Kanter is high-risk, high-reward tonight as the Thunder face the Warriors. He played 20 minutes when the two teams last met with 14 points and 15 rebounds for a solid 32.5 fantasy points in just 20 minutes. He has not been able to reach that level of production in any of the Thunder’s six games since then, but he has managed at lest 25 fantasy points in three of his last five contests. Kanter definitely looks to score and rebound in his time on the floor, and he has more upside than any other center under 7K although there is a risk he puts up a dud or barely plays against the small-balling Warriors. ∗∗
Tyson Chandler-Phoenix Suns (4,700): While Alex Len is the better option for the future for the Suns, Chandler is locked in as starting center for now and has been putting together solid numbers when available despite dealing with a shoulder injury earlier this month. Chandler had 12 points and 11 rebounds against the Nets on Thursday for 31.7 fantasy points and has at last 20 fantasy points in each of his last four full contests. As he and the Suns host the Grizzlies tonight, he should have a favorable matchup since the Grizz don’t have Marc Gasol to run out at center. ∗
Brandan Wright-Memphis Grizzlies (3,700): Wright got a surprise start last night for Memphis and played 18 minutes against LA with eight points and five rebounds. He had 15 points and six boards in his previous game (also against the Lakers), and he could be a nice pickup as he gets comfortable in the Grizzlies rotation. He’s an extremely cheap option tonight which can help you load up at other spots, and he should be productive against the Suns tonight
