High Salary PF

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (10,700): The Thunder have solid defenders Steven Adams and Serge Ibaka to run with Cousins tonight, but Boogie has averaged 23 points and 14.5 rebounds with 1.5 blocks and 1.5 steals in his two games against the Thunder this season.  Cousins has been dialed in lately with over 55 fantasy points in three of his last four games including a game with 65.25 fantasy points against the Clippers on Friday when he finished with 26 points, 15 boards, and nine assists.  He was only slowed down by the Spurs since the break, but has still averaged 31 points, 13.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 2.0 blocks in his four games since the All Star game.

Derrick Favors-Utah Jazz (7,500): Favors demolished the Celtics when he faced them coming out of the break posting 23 points, ten rebounds, six assists, and three blocks on his way to 51 fantasy points in just 33 minutes.  Tonight, he’ll get a rematch in Boston coming off a disappointing game against the Nets on Saturday.  After posting 40 fantasy points in three of his previous four games, Favors struggled in what should have been a good matchup and finished with just 32.75 fantasy points on 13 points and 11 rebounds.  In a better matchup tonight, he’s a good bounce back candidate.

Zach Randolph-Memphis Grizzlies (6,900): Randolph has been solid but not spectacular since Marc Gasol injured his foot and left Z-Bo as the main big man in Memphis. Randolph has played under 30 minutes in each of his last three games but has still scored at least 14 points in eight straight and has at least 25 fantasy points in each of those contests.  Tonight, he is in a great matchup against Denver who allows the fourth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PF. He has the potential to go off if the game is close throughout, but he hasn’t quite been as productive as Memphis will need him to be if they are going to stay in playoff position out West.

Thaddeus Young-Brooklyn Nets (6,800): Young had 21 points against Favors and the Jazz and will possibly take a bigger role in the Nets offense now that Joe Johnson has headed to South Beach. Young has at least 34 fantasy points in eight of his last ten games and should be able to approach a double-double tonight in a good matchup against the Clippers who are still without Blake Griffin. ∗∗∗

Jabari Parker-Milwaukee Bucks (6,400): Parker came back to earth after a strong run of production with just 13 points and five rebounds against the Pistons on Saturday. Before that game with 22.75 fantasy points he had posted 33 fantasy points in five straight contests.  He should be able to return to his higher production level tonight against the Rockets who allow the most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PF. Parker makes a great play tonight since he’ll probably log a ton of minutes against the defensively-challenged Rockets and be in a high-scoring game. ∗∗
