High Value PF

Markieff Morris-Washington Wizards (5,200): Morris has started the second half of each of the last two games for Washington which could be an indication that he’s trending toward the starting lineup. Morris played 21 minutes and had just nine points and three rebounds for 17.75 fantasy points, but he’s in a great matchup tonight against the 76ers.  He had 24.75 fantasy points against Phily last week on ten points and seven rebounds in just 18 minutes.  If he gets the starting nod, he’ll be in a good place to produce although he’s still high-risk since he hasn’t clicked with his new team at a high level just yet. If starting-∗ Not starting-

JaMychal Green-Memphis Grizzlies (4,300): Green could be back to a much bigger role if Brandan Wright (knee) is forced to miss any time after being injured on Saturday night in Phoenix.  Green played very well in his first game back after the All Star break with 37.25 fantasy points against the Timberwolves in 30 minutes. However, with Wright in the picture his minutes dropped to 25 or less and his fantasy production dropped to under 17 fantasy points in three of his next four games.  If Wright is out, though, that will open up playing time for Green and in a  good matchup against Denver he could be a very solid sleeper play. No Wright-∗ With Wright-

Darrell Arthur-Denver Nuggets (3,700): If you have to go cheap at PF, Arther is an interesting option even though he tends to be boom or bust.  Arthur played 30 minutes against Dallas as the Nuggets went small-ball and helped pick up some of Danilo Gallinari’s workload scoring 13 points to go with eight rebounds for 28.5 fantasy points. He also had a nice line on Tuesday of last week when he had 31.75 fantasy points against the Kings.  In between was a “bust” game of just 8.0 fantasy points, but with Gallinari’s playing time and usage to divide up I think coach Mike Malone will get Arthur plenty of time on the floor tonight in what should be a high-scoring game with Memphis.
