FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-February 29
High Value SG
J.J. Redick-Los Angeles Clippers (4,900): Redick has been very productive this month with at least 16 points in eight of his last nine games and over 23 fantasy points in each of his last three games and six of those nine. He should be in a great matchup to produce tonight since the Nets allow the third-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG. There’s definitely the possibility of a Clippers blowout, but Redick should get his shots dropping often enough early in this one to be worth his sub-5K price. ∗∗∗∗∗
Gary Harris-Denver Nuggets (4,800): While he doesn’t have the upside of his teammate Will Barton, Harris will likely get more shots while Danilo Gallinari is out as well. He played a massive 46 minutes on Friday against Dallas in the Nuggets OT loss and scored 17 points to get him to 24.8 fantasy points. He has at least 21 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, and he should keep getting plenty of playing time as the Nuggets rely on Harris and fellow-rookie Emmanuel Mudiay as their starting back court. ∗∗∗
Lance Stephenson-Memphis Grizzlies (3,800): If you have to save money, look on the other side of the Grizz-Nuggets matchup and check out the reclamation project that is Lance Stephenson. Stephenson has been a disaster at his last two stops in LA and Charlotte, but he has actually been productive for Memphis with double-digit scoring and over 20 fantasy points in three of his last four games. He’s risky because he’s Lance, but he is getting enough run in the current Grizzlies’ rotation to be an intriguing cheap play against the Nuggets tonight. ∗∗∗∗
