High Value PF

Mirza Teletovic-Phoenix Suns (4,700): The Suns have been searching for offense, and the one consistent place they’ve found it is veteran three-baller Mirza Teletovic coming off the bench. Teletovic has at least 13 points in each of his last nine games and has produced at least 20 fantasy points in each of his last six.  Since the break when Markieff Morris was sent packing, Teletovic has assumed a bigger scoring role and now has at least 28 fantasy points in there of his last five including a 40.7-fantasy-point game against the Nets last Thursday.  Tonight, he faces the Hornets in Charlotte, but at this point he’s pretty much matchup proof since the Suns rely on him so much.

David Lee-Dallas Mavericks (4,500): Lee has stepped into a pretty big role with the Mavs after being bought out in Boston.  He had a 14-point, 14-rebound double-double last Friday against the Nuggets for 34.8 fantasy points and followed that up with 29.3 fantasy points against the T-Wolves on Sunday deven though he only played 22 minutes in Dallas’s blowout win. It’s clear the Mavs are planning on playing him enough to give him fantasy value, and he’s a good way to save salary at the spot tonight.

Ed Davis-Portland Trail Blazers (4,500): A funny thing seems to happen whenever Ed Davis gets playing time–he produces. Davis has at least 20 fantasy points in four of his last five games including over 25 in each of his last two contests.  He has been picking up good defensive numbers which have buoyed his stats despite not scoring in double-digits in any of his last four games.  He remains a risky play since his minutes are still a big question mark, but he can definitely produce when given the chance and has now played 21 minutes or more in seven of his last ten games.
