WR. Baylor. Corey Coleman. 24. player. 56.
Mohamed Sanu and Marvin Jones (probably) aren’t walking through that door.

Both Sanu and Jones are set to hit free agency, and while it is unequivocally nice to have A.J. Green on one side of the field, the Bengals very much need balance in the form of a second impact wideout. Coleman looks to be in a battle with Josh Doctson (already gone in this scenario) and Braxton Miller for wide receiver supremacy, and at this juncture, the Bengals can’t go wrong with any of the three.

Still, Cincinnati should probably go with a safer approach, and Coleman is likely closer to contributing than Miller, just based on the fact that Miller played quarterback for the majority of his college career. Coleman produced 20 touchdowns during his final season at Baylor, and despite a relative lack of size, he is an explosive athlete that reliably creates separation from opposing defenders.

The Bengals could also use help at linebacker, but much like a few teams in this range, players worthy of a first-round investment just aren’t there at the position. That leaves Cincy picking between high-quality wide receivers, and Corey Coleman wins the battle over Braxton Miller in this particular case.
