High Value SG

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (5,600): Minnesota seems determined to get LaVine his playing time lately whether he’s int he starting lineup or coming off the bench.  He has played at least 36 minutes in three straight games and has at least 30 fantasy points in each of those three performances.  He had 21 points, three rebounds, and two assists against the Wizards on Wednesday, and he has a ton of upside as Minnesota takes on Milwaukee tonight in what I think could turn into a sneakily high-scoring game.

Avery Bradley-Boston Celtics (5,000): For whatever reason (or really no reason at all), the value SG section of the salary structure has been riddled by injury.  One player who will play tonight and has been playing well lately has been Aver Bradley of the Celtics.  Bradley has at least 24 fantasy points in four of his last five games and has scored 17 points or more in five of his last six games and seven of his last eight.  He usually logs big minutes for Boston and should be set up for success against the Knicks. He doesn’t have quite as high a ceiling as the options on the high salary side of things or even some of the questionable players under 6K, but he is a solid play who doesn’t come with too much risk tonight.

Gary Harris-Denver Nuggets (4,600): The Nets have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing SG so far this season, and Gary Harris has been turning up his production lately with at least 14 points in seven of his last nine games and over 21 fantasy points in seven of those nine games as well.  He has been logging a ton of time since the injury to Danilo Gallinari, and I think he’ll see enough time on the court tonight to make him a good option against the Nets.

Bojan Bogdanovic-Brooklyn Nets (4,400): Bogdanovic has been playing bigger minutes since Joe Johnson headed to the Heat, and of the most part he has been productive.  He has played over 31 minutes in three of the four games since Johnson’s departure and has at least 18 points and 25 fantasy points in three of those four meetings.  Bogdanovic had 18 points, seven boards, and three assists for 33.25 fantasy points in 31 minutes on Tuesday in LA, and he should be in a matchup to produce again tonight against the Nuggets in Denver.

Mario Hezonja-Orlando Magic (3,900): Hezonja bounced back from a bad game on Tuesday in Dallas to score 21 points in his 37 minutes against the Bulls finishing with 35.75 fantasy points in his best game of the season.  He has been getting plenty of minutes since Evan Fournier injured his wrist, and if Fournier is out again tonight Hezonja will be in another great matchup against the Suns. With Fournier-∗ No Fournier-
