High Salary SG

Jimmy Butler-Chicago Bulls (8,400): Butler looks ready to return to a DFS fantasy basketball option every night he takes the court as he established earlier this season.  He played 34 minutes in his return on Saturday and finished with 48.3 fantasy points on 24 points, 11 boards, six assists, and a steal.  He’s high-risk still since he’s so soon removed from injury and so pricey, but he didn’t look rusty at all against James Harden and will try to keep things going tonight agains the Bucks.

Nicolas Batum-Charlotte Hornets (6,800): Batum dropped 31 points on the Pacers on Friday and added seven boards, four assists, and two blocks for a huge 46.4 fantasy points. He has at least 31 fantasy points in three straight after a very disappointing 14 fantasy points in 39 minutes against Atlanta at the end of February.  March has been a better month for Batum so far and he’s in a good matchup tonight against the T-Wolves who have allowed more fantasy points to opposing SF in their last five games than any other team in the NBA.  Since Batum has slid back to the SF spot with Courtney Lee in the lineup, I think he’s set up for success in a game where Charlotte should put up plenty of points.

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,000): The Timberwolves rotation has been frustrating throughout the season since it has been so inconsistent at times, but lately coach Sam Mitchell has definitely been dedicated to getting LaVine plenty of time on the floor. LaVine has played at least 36 minutes in five straight games and is averaging 19.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.8 steals in those five games. He had 21 points and four assists on Saturday in Minnesota’s win over Brooklyn finishing with 32 fantasy points giving him at least 30 fantasy points in five straight.  His pricing still hasn’t quite caught up with his playing time and his potential remains through the roof.  Look for another good game from LaVine tonight against the Hornets who have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG.
