High Value SF

Shabazz Muhammad-Minnesota Timberwolves (4,300): Muhammad’s role in the T-Wolves rotation has changed repeatedly throughout the season, but he’s been active lately scoring double-digit points in eight of his last nine games. He had 22.5 fantasy points on Saturday against the Nets on 15 points, two assists, and two rebounds.  He does get enough playing time coming off the bench to consider him a viable option, and he has the potential to go off like he did last Sunday in Dallas for 31.75 fantasy points. He’s not a lock, but he’s one of the few cheap plays that makes sense.

Mike Dunleavy-Chicago Bulls (4,200): Dunleavy faces his former teammates from Milwaukee for the first time this season and is starting to get more playing time as he continues to work his way back from a back injury that cost him the early part of the season. Dunleavy has scored in double digits in five of his last eight contests and has over 20 fantasy points in six of those eight games.  He played 29 minutes on Saturday against the Rockets and had 12 points, four boards, an assist, and a steal.  He’s the best sub-4K SF on the board tonight, and he provides solid production most nights–plus, there is the revenge factor in play as well in tonight’s game.

Lance Stephenson-Memphis Grizzlies (4,000): Stephenson continues to be a good play at 4K after 24.25 fantasy points last night gives him at least 20 fantasy points in five of his last six games.  He is getting extra playing time while Tony Allen is out, and he has been playing hard and well since joining Memphis at the trade deadline.  Stephenson should continue to get run off the bench for as long as Allen is out making him a solid cheap flier for tonight.
