54.
The new regime in Philadelphia could, at least conceivably, look for a splash pick here. That would manifest with the selection of either a quarterback (Paxton Lynch?) or a wide receiver (Laquon Treadwell?), and for a while, the Eagles would generate some real buzz in their attempt to move away from the Chip Kelly era.

Or, the Eagles could make a smarter investment.

Philadelphia needs an upgrade on the offensive line, especially with their recent choice to give Sam Bradford more than $25 million over two seasons. Left tackle is already set with Lane Johnson (who is quite good, by the way), but Jack Conklin profiles beautifully as a mauling right tackle in the future, and this would be a nice landing spot for the former Michigan State star.

In the long run, Conklin could eventually transition to left tackle, and it might be a knock from a value perspective to simply tab a player as a right tackle while simultaneously investing a top-15 pick. For me, though, this is the biggest glaring need for the Eagles (unless you count quarterback), and Conklin is a safe as safe could be as a physical blocker in both the running and passing games.
.
