High Value C

Nikola Jokic-Denver Nuggets (5,900): Jokic continues to battle foul trouble and a fickle rotation which makes him a risky play on a nightly basis since his minutes tend to fluctuate seemingly randomly.  He has posted a double-double in each of his last two games and has four games in his last eight with at least 34 fantasy points. The upside is definitely there as he faces the Knicks, but he’s risky since rotation or foul trouble can leave him on the bench for long periods of time.

Robin Lopez-New York Knicks (5,800): RoLo has at least 28 fantasy points in four of his last five games and in six of his last eight.  He has thrived under interim coach Kurt Rambis and has scored in double-digits in eight of his ten games with Rambis running things.  Lopez is in a great matchup against the Nuggets and will likely have to log 30+ minutes especially if Porzingis is sidelined again.  He has good upside and is slightly more reliable than Jokic despite his occasional disappearing acts.

Kyle O’Quinn-New York Knicks (3,600): With Porzingis’s injury, O’Quinn has gotten some minutes at PF and has at least 18 fantasy points in each of his last three games.  He’s the best punt play tonight as long as Porzingis is confirmed to be out before 7:30. If Porzingis is going to play, O’Quinn becomes too risky since his playing time is totally up in the air at that point. With no Porzingis-∗ Unkown or with Porizingis playing-no stars, too risky.
