Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal will hit free agency this summer in the NBA. Here are five teams the talented two-guard could sign with.

The 2015-16 Washington Wizards may not be having the type of season they hoped for after a strong showing in the Eastern Conference Playoffs in 2015. Washington entered play Friday with a 30-33 record, good enough for 10th place in the East and on the outside looking in an a playoff berth.

Washington may have some issues in terms of depth, in the front office, and on the sidelines, but the Wizards do have some very talented basketball players. While All-Star point guard John Wall is the franchise’s best player, his backcourt partner of four-year pro shooting guard Bradley Beal makes for one of the NBA’s best backcourt tandems in the entire Association when healthy.

Though Beal has shown a proclivity to his young NBA career after being selected third overall by the Wizards in the 2012 NBA Draft, the 22-year-old shooting guard will command the attention of many teams when he hits free agency this summer.

Even with an injury-riddled career and an otherwise inefficient all-around game, Beal still has tremendous room for growth and could become an NBA All-Star one day in the not so distant future. In four years with the Wizards, Beal has averaged 16.0 points per game and shooting at a 39.7% clip from three. When the young shooting guard hits NBA free agency this June, here are five teams that could look to sign the promising backcourt player.
