High Salary SF

Kevin Durant-Oklahoma City Thunder (10,500): Durant had 30 points, 12 boards, seven assists, and a steal for 58.25 fantasy points against the Clippers on Wednesday.  He has at least 57 fantasy points in seven straight with at least 60 fantasy points in five of those contests.  Durant has a double-double in each of those games and continues to score around 30 points a night.  He averaged 26 points, 7.3 rebounds, and five assists in three meetings earlier this season with the T-W0lves and should be set up for a typically productive fantasy night tonight.

Robert Covington-Philadelphia 76ers (6,500): If you’re looking for an option in the midrange at SF is Robert Covington who has at least 31 fantasy points in four straight games and 42 fantasy points in two of his last three. Covington is in a good matchup against the Nets tonight and has been playing consistent enough minutes that he’s a solid play all of the sudden after disappearing for the middle part of the season.∗∗

Tobias Harris-Detroit Pistons (6,200): While Harris doesn’t have the upside the other high-salary SF options, he has been remarkably consistent and a great fit with the Pistons.  Harris las played at least 35 minutes in five of his last six games with Detroit and has at least 28 fantasy points in each of his last nine including his last game which came on Wednesday against the Mavs when he produced 37.25 fantasy points on 29 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.

Rudy Gay-Sacramento Kings (6,000): Gay will get a chance to step up tonight against the Magic with DeMarcus Cousins suspended.  Usually when Cousins misses a game, Gay put up bit numbers, so get ready to buy in on him tonight.  He comes into tonight’s plus matchup against the Magic with a good head of steam as well having produced 37.5 fantasy points on Monday and matched it with 37.5 more fantasy points on Wednesday in tougher matchups and with having to share with Boogie. Look for a huge night from the Kings’ SF who is clearly over his injury having played over 41 minutes in each of his two most recent games.
