DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-March 12
High Value PF
Marvin Williams-Charlotte Hornets (5,400): Wiliams had 31.5 fantasy points last night agains Harris and the Pistons and has over 26 fantasy points in four of his last five games and nine of his last 11. His down games can be brutal (12.5 fantasy points last Friday), but he is in a great matchup tonight against the Rockets who give up more fantasy points to opposing PF than any other team in the NBA. Williams had 22 points last night but only played 25 minutes so he should be fresh and ready to roll tonight against the Rockets. ∗∗∗∗
Jarrell Martin-Memphis Grizzlies (3,600): The same injuries that allowed JaMychal Green to emerge as a DFS darling have opened up playing time for rookie Jarell Martin as well. Martin had 16 points, six rebounds, an assist, and a block on Wednesday for 26.5 fantasy points, and he followed that up with 17.5 fantasy points last night on six points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals. As long as Zach Randolph is out, Martin will continue to be an option to consider including tonight at Atlanta. No Z-Bo-∗∗ With Z-Bo-∗
Carl Landry-Philadelphia 76ers (3,200): With Jerami Grant and Richaun Holmes both leaving last night’s game with injuries and Jahlil Okafor sidelined for the next few weeks, Carl Landry will likely get plenty of minutes tonight against the Pistons. Landry finished last night with 16 points and eight rebounds against the Nets for 27 fantasy points. He also had a strong game when injuries forced him to play 26 minutes on Sunday against Miami finishing with 18 points, seven boards, and 28.75 fantasy points. If he gets 20+ minutes tonight which seems almost certain, he should be good for enough points and rebounds to be a great cheap buy against Detroit. ∗∗∗∗∗
