High Value SG

Evan Fournier-Orlando Magic (5,900): Fournier had 30 points last night in the Magic’s loss to Denver as he took it to his former team in his 42 minutes. He totaled 41.25 fantasy points giving him at least 30 fantasy points in four of his last five contests. Look for another strong game from Fournier as Orlando travels to Charlotte although last night’s workload could make fatigue a factor.

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (5,900): LaVine rediscovered his scoring touch on Monday with 28 points in his 32 minutes in Phoenix.  He has at least 30 fantasy points in seven of his last nine games and is playing a ton of minutes for the T-Wolves as they come down the stretch.  Tonight, he’ll be in a good matchup against the injury-ravaged Grizzlies, so look at him as one of the best midrange plays even though his non-scoring numbers can sometimes come and go.

Evan Turner-Boston Celtics (5,700): Turner had a disappointing game last night in Indy with just 19.25 fantasy points on six points, five rebounds, and five assists. He had posted over 33 fantasy points in three of his previous four games, and he should bounce back tonight at home against the Thunder in a high-scoring game. Although he didn’t last night, Turner will probably pick up some of the slack left by the injury to Jae Crowder, and I expect him to bounce back with a strong game tonight. His price is a little high which makes him risky, but he’s still a play I like tonight under 6K.

J.J. Redick-Los Angeles Clippers (4,800): Redick had a rough game last night against the Spurs with just 14 points, a rebounds, and an assist in San Antonio.  I think he’ll bounce back tonight, though in a much better matchup against the Rockets.  In his three games against Houston this season, he has averaged 26.0 points. He doesn’t usually add much except scoring, but he should still have a good chance to reach value with the Rockets defense allowing the eighth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG.∗∗

E’Twaun Moore-Chicago Bulls (4,800): Moore had 17 points, four rebounds, four assists, and a block against the Raptors on Monday for a solid 30.5 fantasy points. He has gotten plenty of run as the Bulls’ backup guard since there have been so many injuries in Chicago.  Tonight, he should be a good play once again if Rose is forced to sit.  Moore has 28+ fantasy points in three of his last four games, and he should be able to take advantage of a Wizards team that has struggled defensively. If starting-∗ If coming off the bench-

Courtney Lee-Charlotte Hornets (3,700): Lee has double-digit points in each of his last four games and is gelling well with his new team in Charlotte.  His non-scoring numbers are up and down, but he has reached at least 20 fantasy points in three of his last four contests. He’s a good cheap play at under 4K if you have to save at SG tonight.∗∗
