High Value C

Enes Kanter-Oklahoma City Thunder (5,200): Kanter continues to be part of the Thunder’s second unit but has been putting up very good numbers lately even in limited time off the bench.  On Monday, he only played 22 minutes but dropped 26 points on the Blazers to go with seven boards on his way to 36.9 fantasy points. He has at least 30 fantasy points in four of his last five contests and should be able to produce again tonight against the Celtics who are constantly tinkering with their front court. Kanter has been the best value option in the middle lately, and I think he’ll continue to produce tonight.

Steven Adams-Oklahoma City Thunder (4,300): While I like Kanter better, Adams is about the only other center option under 6K tonight who is worth a look if you decide to go cheap.  Adams has at least 20 fantasy points in four of his last five games and had 22.6 fantasy points against the Blazers.  He is losing a little time to Kanter, but he’s still the starter and getting enough time with the top unit to be a solid play at his cheap 4,300 salary. He doesn’t have the offensive upside that Kanter brings, but he’s cheaper and the lowest-risk sub-5K start in the middle tonight.
