High Salary SG

James Harden-Houston Rockets (10,300): Harden only played 25 minutes in Monday’s blowout win against the Grizzlies posting 38.4 fantasy points on 15 points, eight assists, three blocks, and seven rebounds.  He’ll probably have to play much more than that tonight against the Clippers who he has averaged 28 points, seven assists, and four rebounds against in his three meetings this season.  Look for Harden to be rested and ready to go off for a monster game tonight in what should be a high-scoring game in Houston. He’s my favorite superstar play of the night.

Victor Oladipo-Orlando Magic (7,000): Oladipo stepped up for the Magic in the wake of all their backcourt issues and had 41.8 fantasy points last night scoring 23 points to go with six assists, four rebounds, and two blocks.  He has at least 35 fantasy points in four of his last five games, and will look to take the Magic show on the road as they head to Charlotte.  The Hornets have been involved in high-scoring games lately so as long as the Magic don’t fall behind big early, look for another big game for Oladipo.

Klay Thompson-Golden State Warriors (6,900): Klay is overdue for an eruption, but he had a nondescript game on Monday with just 18 points and 18.4 fantasy points against the Pelicans.  He had been rolling before that with at least 33 fantasy points in three of his pervious four games.  Tonight against the Knicks, the Warriors shouldn’t have much trouble which is sometimes when they struggle the most (see Lakers, Los Angeles). Thompson always has the potential to go off, so he is a gamble that pays off if you catch him on the right night.
