High Value SG

Lance Stephenson-Memphis Grizzlies (5,600): Stephenson was a gametime decision last night against Minnesota, but he ended up playing and logging 36 minutes in a narrow Memphis defeat.  He had 24 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists on his way to 46.7 fantasy points.  He has a least 35 fantasy points in each of the last three games he has played, but he did miss Monday’s game with a wrist injury.  Playing on back-to-back nights makes him even a more volatile option than usual, but he’s so involved when he’s on the court that you have to consider him if he’s cleared to play again tonight in Milwaukee.

Rodney Hood-Utah Jazz (5,400): With Gordon Hayward hurting and forced to miss the Jazz’s showdown with Cleveland on Monday, Hood stepped up and delivered a big game with 28 points and 29.9 fantasy points in Utah’s surprising win. Hood has at least 23 fantasy points in three of his last four games, but he sometimes takes a back seat when Hayward is the primary option on offense.  If Hayward is out again tonight, though, Hood will be a great play since he is facing the Suns who allow the third-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG. With Hayward-∗ With no Hayward-

Gary Harris-Denver Nuggets (5,400): Harris has scored at least 15 points in nine of his last ten games and has thrown in enough rebounds, assists, and steals to get to 26 fantasy points or more in six of his last seven games.  He hasn’t had quite the high’s that Emmanuel Mudiay has posted, but he has become a reliable part of the Nuggets’ lineup while logging big minutes on a nightly basis.

Nik Stauskas-Philadelphia 76ers (4,000): Everyone had conflicting and confusing information as to whether Stauskas was starting or not on Tuesday, and ultimately he did end up coming off the bench.  The good news for his owners, though, was that he still logged 30 minutes and had 31.9 fantasy points on 18 points, seven rebounds, two steals, an assist, and a block.  Stauskas has at least 25 fantasy points in two straight games and has scored double-digit points in five of his last eight contests.  He’s a flier, but against the Wizards questionable wing defense he has some nice upside to take a look at at only 4K.
