High Value PF

David Lee-Dallas Mavericks (4,800): Lee will bet plenty of playing time tonight against his former team as the Mavs try to take down the Warriors for the second time this season.  Lee is part of the Mavs lineup whenever they go small, and he has fit in very well since joining Dallas after being bought out in Dallas.  Lee has at least 20 fantasy points in eight of his last ten games and has put up a few really nice games when he’s gotten extra run.  With the revenge factor and the way that Dallas will have to play smaller, look for a big game from D-Lee tonight.

Tristan Thompson-Cleveland Cavaliers (4,500): Thompson didn’t score a single point in his most recent game against the Mavericks on Wednesday, but he did get eight rebounds in his 37 minutes.  He should be able to bounce back from that game with a good effort tonight since the Magic are very thin up front without Nikola Vucevic.  Thompson will be able to log plenty of minutes at center tonight and could approach a double-double if things go his way. He is a high-risk, high-reward play based on matchup.

Jason Smith-Orlando Magic (4,000): While Vucevic has been out, Jason Smith has stepped in for Orlando and has some nice games.  He had a monster 41.1 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Tuesday, but only had 6.2 fantasy points the game before and 18.8 fantasy points the game after his double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds.  He should get plenty of time on the floor again for Orlando tonight, so look at him if you need a cheap PF play.

Channing Frye-Cleveland Cavaliers (3,800): Frye returns to Orlando who traded him to Cleveland at the deadline tonight, and he’s starting to find his role coming off the bench for the Cavs.  He has at least 18 fantasy points in four straight games including the game he lit up the Lakers for 21 points and finished with 32.9 fantasy points. If the game turns into a blowout or the Cavs look to get Kevin Love some rest, he could get extra playing time in a possible revenge game.

Willie Cauley-Stein-Sacramento Kings (3,700): Sacramento has committed to getting WCS playing time coming down the stretch to see how they can fit him into their future plans. He had put up 20 fantasy points in three straight before a down games on Wednesday when he was a gametime decision due to illness, decided to play, but only managed 13.4 fantasy points. I expect a better night from him tonight, and he’s one of the few sub-4K options who is sure to be on the floor a good amount tonight.
