3. Messi could relax more if he signed in America.

In the world of Spanish soccer and the UEFA Champions League, there is hardly a moment when players like Messi are able to relax. They are constantly put under so much pressure to score and create goals it wear them down, not only physically, but mentally as well.

If Messi goes two or three games without a goal, everyone is furious. He is questioned by his fans and his coaches as to whether or not he is in a slump and how he will get out of it. He is counted on game in and game out to create goals and put up insane numbers.

In America, the expectations wouldn’t be as high. And even if they were as high, the goals would be easier to achieve. He also wouldn’t have the pressure of playing in the Champions League. Some may see this as a disadvantage, but for Messi, he could extend his years of greatness immensely just by taking that amount of pressure off of himself.

This game should be fun, don’t get me wrong Messi makes it look that way, but he is under so much pressure. If he came to America, the pressure would be off and he could extend his playing career.
