No. 3 Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns are a bad team. The Browns are devoid of talent on offense and defense. Out of all the teams in the NFL, the Cleveland Browns need a quarterback the most.

Signing Ryan Fitzpatrick would be a solid move for the Browns. Yes, the team already has Josh McCown on the roster. But, McCown was injured several times last year, and Fitzpatrick would be a decent upgrade over McCown.

Additionally, signing Fitzpatrick would allow the team to draft a quarterback and allow him to develop without the pressure of starting day one. Ryan Fitzpatrick also is very knowledgeable about the quarterback position. After being drafted in the seventh round and playing on a handful of teams, he possess a good amount of experience that any quarterback should thirst to know.

Fitzpatrick would not have many offensive weapons to utilize. But, the talent that is on the team would benefit from learning from the quarterback.

Signing Ryan Fitzpatrick would most likely not get the Browns to the playoffs. It would, however, help the team start and undergo a desperately needed rebuild.
