High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook-Oklahoma City Thunder (10,600): Westbrook is obviously the big name to know at PG tonight as he and the Thunder host Houston. In their two previous matchups this season, Westbrook has put up 25.5 points, 12.5 assists, 9.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals.  He comes in off back-to-back triple-doubles against the 76ers and Pacers and has posted at least 41 fantasy points in four straight games.  Give the matchup and his recent form, Westbrook is a great play tonight who should be almost universally owned due to his recent production.  Fading Westbrook tonight won’t be easy since there aren’t any other elite options at PG, and the way he’s torched Houston in the past could leave you on the outside looking in if you try to hard to avoid the obvious option at PG. ∗∗

Kemba Walker-Charlotte Hornets (8,600): Walker didn’t have a good game last night at all against the Spurs scoring just six points and finishing with just 11.2 fantasy points. He has now been held under 40 fantasy points in four straight games and six of his last seven, but he could be in a great place to bounce back tonight against the defensively-challenged Nets as he heads back to his native NYC where he lit up Brooklyn for 28 points in his last visit in February.

Goran Dragic-Miami Heat (7,000): Dragic is a great play tonight against the Pelicans even though his price has now reached 7K.  Dragic has at least 30 fantasy points in four of his last five games and eight of his last ten.  He has been rolling since the All Star break when he stepped into a more active role in the Miami offense due to the absence of Chris Bosh. The Pelicans have been ravaged by injury and have been the worst team in the NBA against opposing PG in their last five games, so give Dragic a long look at this relatively affordable price.
