High Value SF

Gordon Hayward-Utah Jazz (6,700): Hayward showed no signs of his bothersome foot injury in his game last night in Houston scoring 22 points to go with six boards, five assists, and four steals. He totaled 47.5 fantasy points in that contest but he did play 40 minutes.  Fatigue will be a concern as he tangles with Kevin Durant and the Thunder tonight, but Hayward has fared pretty well against them this season with at least 19 points in each of his three previous games against the thunder this season. My only hesitation is last night’s workload.

Luke Babbitt-New Orleans Pelicans (4,000): The Pelicans are incredibly thin at almost every position due to all their injury issues, and Babbitt will likely continue to get all the playing time he can handle for the foreseeable future since he does provide some offensive spark from the wing. He scored 23 points on Tuesday against Miami adding in four rebounds to get to 31.5 fantasy points. Babbitt has over 20 fantasy points in four of his last six games and in each of those contests he received 20+ minutes.  He actually has logged over 35 in three of those contests and I could easily see him playing that much again tonight since New Orleans is so short-handed once again as they head to Indiana. ∗∗
