High Salary C

DeAndre Jordan-Los Angeles Clippers (8,100): If you have the salary to spend on a center tonight, Jordan is probably the best option on the board as he takes on the Blazers who have struggled to defend opposing big men all season. Jordan has three double-doubles in three games against them this season including a monster game of 18 points and 24 boards when the two teams met at STAPLES Center earlier this season.  In that game, the Blazers played hack-a-Jordan and DeAndre shot a painful 12-34 from the free throw line. Fortunately, FanDuel doesn’t subtract for missed free throws, though, so his fantasy owners were still fine with it. Tonight could be more of the same, but either way he should be set up for a big game since he is averaged 16.8 points and 13.8 rebounds to go with 2.2 blocks in his 11 games in March. He had a monster 51.5 fantasy points last night against the Warriors on 19 points and 20 boards, and he should be a great option again tonight as he looks to beat down the Blazers.

Brook Lopez-Brooklyn Nets (8,100): The only other big-name center I would look at tonight is Brook Lopez of the Nets who returned from his one-game absence due to illness with 29 points, nine rebounds, and six assists for a total of 45.8 fantasy points. Lopez has put up big numbers like that from time to time, but he’s ben less consistent and is in a slightly tougher matchup than Jordan tonight.

Robin Lopez-New York Knicks (6,000): If you’re going with a Lopez tonight, I’d recommend Robin based on his price on FanDuel.  RoLo had 11 points, 13 rebounds, four blocks, and three assists against the Bulls last night for 39.1 fantasy points. he has at least 37 fantasy points in four of his last seven games although his letdowns can be pretty brutal at times. When he gets his minutes though, he has been a pretty big contributor for Kurt Rambis and the Knicks, so against a beatable interior defense of the Bulls expect another 30+ fantasy points tonight.
