High Salary SG

C.J. McCollum-Portland Trail Blazers (6,900): McCollum disappeared last night even though he played 37 minutes finishing with just 14 points and four assists for 21.1 fantasy points. He had three straight games of over 37 fantasy points in his previous contests, though, and he will look to return to that level of production tonight against the Clippers who he had a double-double against the last time he faced them. The back-to-back and last night’s struggles make him a little higher risk, but he’s still a play I like tonight.

Monta Ellis-Indiana Pacers (6,500): Ellis had a slow game against the 76ers as the Pacers cruised to an easy win. He finished with 26.1 fantasy points in his 33 minutes, but normally he logs minute sin the high 30’s or even into the 40’s. Tonight, he’ll be in a great matchup to produce if he gets that much time since the Pelicans allow the second-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG. Ellis had over 30 fantasy points in six of his previous seven games before his slow Monday, so expect a solid 30+ from him again tonight with the potential for a lot more if his shot starts dropping.
