High Value PF

Aaron Gordon-Orlando Magic (5,100): Gordon found his groove again as he took on the Pistons on Wednesday finishing with a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds.  His 35.25 fantasy points gave him his first game in his last six with 30 fantasy points or more.  He should be in another matchup he can thrive in tonight against the Heat who are still going small without Chris Bosh. Gordon struggles against team stocked with size up front, but he should be ok in tonight’s matchup on South Beach.

David Lee-Dallas Mavericks (4,800): Lee returns to Golden State tonight as the Mavs visit the Warriors.  He didn’t play much in Dallas’s two games against the Blazers, but this is a matchup he’ll fit better in as evidenced by the 27 minutes he logged last Friday while finishing with 16 points, 16 boards, and 39 of against his former team.  Lee is a little boom-or-bust, but he’ll get enough time to be a solid option tonight.

Jon Leuer-Phoenix Suns (4,100): Jon Leuer had his best game of the season on Wednesday finishing with 22 points and 14 boards as he started in place of Tyson Chandler.  He’ll start again tonight in a great matchup against the Kings. He has double-doubles in each of his last two games while filling in for Chandler and thrives when playing PF while Alex Len slides to center. He should be primed of another big game tonight.

Luis Scola-Toronto Raptors (3,700): If you have to go cheaper the Leuer, check out Louis Scola who like David Lee is returning to a place he used to play as the Raptors visit the Rockets.  Scola has played at least 20 minutes in each of his last five games and has 24+ fantasy points in two of his last three. No team in the NBA is as generous as Houston to opposing PF, and Scola had 21 points and three boards against them in just 20 minutes when he faced them earlier this season.  He’ll be in the same grudge match tonight, so look for another solid stat line for the Argentine tonight.
