There are a few clear favorites that are expected to have success in 2016 and have a great chance to win the World Series, while there are two teams, the Colorado Rockies and the Philadelphia Phillies, that could make bettors big money if the two find a miracle and are competitive this season en route to a World Series win.
According to many outlets, the Chicago Cubs are favored to win the 2016 World Series. They’ve been successful in recent seasons. With Joe Maddon in charge the Cubs should continue their success this season. Yet NL West’s San Francisco Giants will do their best that they end up as the National League team in the World Series rather than the Cubs.
