10.
I could not be higher on Will Fuller, and it appears the consensus in the industry is beginning to catch up with that view. Fuller is an incredibly talented wide receiver who routinely impacted games in a huge way during his career in South Bend, and while he was not seen as a first round pick a few weeks and months ago, the combine and interview process has helped his stock tremendously.

In Houston, Fuller would be a tremendous fit for a team that has a serious need at wide receiver. Before we get carried away, the Texans do have an All-Pro caliber receiver in DeAndre Hopkins, but after that, things get ugly in a hurry, and Houston already addressed its other glaring offensive issues with the addition of Brock Osweiler at quarterback and Lamar Miller in the backfield.

Fuller isn’t close to the safest pick here, simply because he had serious drop issues in college. Still, you don’t find receivers with this type of ability and pure speed (4.32 in the 40 at the combine) very often this late in the draft. Will Fuller has a chance to be a stud, and the Texans can afford to take a swing given their free agent additions.
. WR. Notre Dame. Will Fuller. 22. player
