High Value PG

Reggie Jackson-Detroit Pistons (5,800): Jackson’s price has dropped significantly since he was battling bronchitis and playing limited minutes last week.  He did play 29 and 30 minutes in the Pistons last two games in a back-to-back Thursday and Friday so he seems to be past the worst of his illness.  Hopefully he feels up to tonight’s game since he’ll get to take on his former team the Thunder. Jackson had 15 points, five rebounds, four assists, an two steals when he and the Pistons visited OKC earlier this season, but I think he can outperform those numbers if he’s 100% tonight especially since the Thunder have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing PG this season and will be on their second game in as many nights.

Elfrid Payton-Orlando Magic (5,800): If you’re shopping below 6K, check out Elfrid Payton who has been playing extremely well in his last three games averaging 16.3 points, 9.0 assists and 6.7 rebounds and even posting a triple-double last Wednesday against Detroit.  Payton has finished with 53.5 fantasy points, 31.25 fantasy points, and 37.75 fantasy points in those three games, and he gets a great matchup tonight against the Nets.

Shane Larkin-Brooklyn Nets (3,800): Larkin is the best of the ultra-cheap options available tonight as he makes his fourth straight start for the Nets.  Taking on Orlando is a good matchup for Larkin as he looks to post over 24 fantasy points for the fourth straight game.  Since moving into the starting lineup, Larkin has 29.75 fantasy points on 16 points and seven assists against the Cavs, 27.25 fantasy points on 14 points and five assists against the Pacers, and even managed 26.75 fantasy points against the Heat on seven points and eight assists.  Larkin has thrown in solid steal numbers as well helping him finish with balanced production and nice lines since taking over for the struggling Donald Sloan.
