No. 4 – Washington Wizards

If there is a team that has been competing with the Bulls for the title of most disappointing team this season in the NBA, it has been the squad from our nation’s capital. A team that has players with the caliber of John Wall and Bradley Beal shouldn’t be this bad. It’s just not possible.

Washington won’t give away the house to get Jimmy Butler, but they would be willing to part with enough to get them back into the playoff conversation. Whether that involves trading Beal or a mix of players and picks, it could be done and would make both teams better and put them back in the playoff hunt.

Butler has shown he can play against the top teams, so being moved to a division with the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat would be perfect, because he has beaten them before. In a division that has the Heat, Hawks and a decent Charlotte Hornets team, the Wizards have to do something if they want to stay in the conversation as one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference.
