DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy hockey lineup April 3
High Salary Centers
Sidney Crosby – Pittsburgh Penguins ($8,100): Crosby currently has a five game point streak and looks to make it six against the Flyers in Sunday’s matinee. He has at least one point in 17 of his last 18 games. Crosby has also dominated at home with 50 points in 39 games and against the Flyers, who he has four points in two games against this season. He’s a must start because he’s simply the best player in the NHL right now. The Penguins captain averages 4.2 fantasy hockey points per game.
Mark Scheifele – Winnipeg Jets ($6,300): Scheifele quietly has a six game point streak going. He will look to make it seven against the red hot Minnesota Wild. Scheifele has done most of his damage at home where he has 37 points in 32 games, so it’s good that he’ll be playing at home today. He has four goals, six assists, and 10 points over his last 10 games. The Jets center averages 3.6 fantasy points per game.
Ryan Getzlaf – Anaheim Ducks ($6,800): Getzlaf goes tonight against the Dallas Stars at home, where he has 30 points in 37 games. He has been remarkably consistent this season with 30 points at home and 31 points on the road. Over his last 10 games, Getzlaf has a goal and seven assists for eight points. He averages 3.3 fantasy hockey points per game.
High Value Centers
Paul Stastny – St. Louis Blues ($4,900): Stastny might be the best player in hockey over the last 10 games other than Crosby. He has six multi-point efforts and 15 points over his last 10 games. Stastny will play on the road against Colorado, a team that he has two points in four games against. He has 24 points in 31 road games. Stastny averages 2.8 fantasy points per game (including 4.4 per game over his last 10 games).
Sean Couturier – Philadelphia Flyers ($4,300): Couturier has been on fire recently for the Flyers. He has at least one point in six of his last seven games and in seven of his last 10. Couturier will face the Penguins on the road, where he has 18 points in 28 games. He averages 2.6 fantasy hockey points per game.
Teuvo Teravainen – Chicago Blackhawks ($3,900): Teravainen has been quietly productive for the Blackhawks recently with six points over his last 10 games. He faces the Bruins at home, where he has 18 points in 38 games. Teravainen has a point in four of his last five games. He averages 2.2 fantasy points per game.
