High Salary PG

Stephen Curry-Golden State Warriors (10,200): Curry  will look to lead the Warriors in a bounceback game against the Blazers after Boston handed Golden State their first home loss of the season. Curry had 29 points and 37 fantasy points in that contest, but his overall numbers were help back due to nine turnovers.  Tonight, he faces Damian Lillard and the Blazers who he scored 34 points against in their last meting as Golden State avenged a loss earlier in the season at Portland.  The Warriors still have a chance at the best regular season in history, but they can’t afford another slip-up tonight against Portland.  Curry is a safe fantasy pick, but his price is so high he really has to go off to return full value.

Isaiah Thomas-Boston Celtics (7,700): Thomas took some time to get going against the Warriors but finished with 30 fantasy points on 22 points an six assists in Boston’s statement win.  Thomas has been held to 30 fantasy points or fewer in three straight games now, but I expect him to bounce back in a big way tonight against the Lakers who allow the most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PG. Thomas had 24 points and seven assists earlier this season against LA, and he’ll look to improve those numbers and get back on track tonight.

Shelvin Mack-Utah Jazz (6,000): Mack and the Jazz take on the Suns tonight who have allowed the second-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PG. Mack got hot in a hurry when he was acquired by the Jazz at the trade deadline before hitting a bit of a lull a couple of weeks ago.  He seems to have come out of his slump in his last three games, though, posting over 26 fantasy points in each contest against the Lakers, Warriors, and T-Wolves.  With Brandon Knight out, Mack will face a thin Suns backcourt in a good matchup for him tonight.  When he faced Phoenix back on March 17, he finished with 37.6 fantasy points on 15 points, ten assists, and eight rebounds. He’ll look to get close to those numbers again today as the Jazz look to make a push to avoid the Warriors in the first round of the playoffs.
