High Salary SF

Kawhi Leonard-San Antonio Spurs (8,600): Leonard is clearly the best SF available tonight IF Spurs’ coach Greg Popovich decides to let him play against the Warriors. When the Spurs played the Warriors last, Leonard had 18 points and 14 rebounds for over 40 fantasy points a number he can usually be counted on to produce if he gets his full workload tonight.  Leonard had a monster game against the Raptors on Saturday of last week finishing with 56.7 fantasy points on 33 points, seven assists, and six boards. If he played his usual minutes, I expect a very good game from him tonight, but I think he’s too risky to roll out if we don’t get confirmation that he’s playing before the 8:00 roster lock. If confirmed in-∗ If status uncertain-stay away

Andrew Wiggins-Minnesota Timberwolves (7,100): Wiggins helped the Wolves to a signature win on Tuesday knocking off the Warriors in Golden State.  He totaled 51 fantasy points in his 42 minutes on 32 points, five rebounds, four assists, and six steals in that win giving him three games in his last five with at least 39 fantasy points. Wiggins did post an epic burn on his owners last Wednesday with just 4.5 fantasy points, but other than that game he has been putting together a very nice second half.

Trevor Ariza-Houston Rockets (5,600): Ariza only managed nine points against the Mavs last night but finished with 23.1 fantasy points in his 42 minutes.  The Suns have been horrible against opposing SF all season and especially lately, so Ariza is a good midrange play that is pretty safe since the Rockets so badly need the win tonight. When the Rockets faced the Suns earlier this season, Ariza posted 25 and 22 points while adding strong non-scoring numbers as well.  If he gets such expanded minutes today, look for a big night for Ariza.
