High Value SF

Nikola Mirotic-Chicago Bulls (5,300): Mirotic has scored at least 19 points in four of his last five games and is starting to show a little bit of consistency.  He has at least 29 fantasy points in each of those four contests, but his down games are pretty rough with under 12 fantasy points in three of his last seven as well. Tonight, Mirotic will face the Heat who held him to just six points and three boards when he faced them back on March 11 although that was soon after his return from a long layoff due to his appendectomy.  Mirotic is a streaky contributor, but he’s been steady enough lately that you should be able to trust him tonight as he takes his talents to South Beach.

Michael Beasley-Houston Rockets (5,300): Beasley had 21.1 fantasy points last night against Dallas and has at least 20 fantasy points in five of his last six games overall.  He finished last night with 15 points, three boards, an assist, and a steal, and has at least 15 points in four of his last six as well.  His playing time can be a little inconsistent depending on the matchup, but he should be able to contribute a good line tonight since he’ll be facing the defensively-challenged Suns.

Harrison Barnes-Golden State Warriors (4,800): Barnes is one of the few Warriors who missed extended time this season with injury, but he seems to be putting things together as the regular season winds down.  He has at least 25 fantasy points in four of his previous five games after finishing Tuesday’s loss with 20 points and five boards for exactly 25 fantasy points. He should be in a place to produce solid numbers against the Spurs tonight since if Kawhi Leonard does play he’s more likely to match up on one of the “Splash Brothers” than focus on taking Barnes out of the game.

Shabazz Muhammad-Minnesota Timberwolves (3,900): Muhammad led the second-half charge that ultimately led to Barnes and the Warriors loss on Tuesday.  Muhammad came off the bench with 41.2 fantasy points on 35 points and six rebounds after finishing with fewer than 20 fantasy points in all but one of his previous nine games.  Muhammad offers some scoring punch off the bench for Minnesota but his role has fluctuated wildly from game to game, so it’s hard to know how much run he’ll get tonight as he faces the Kings in what would be a favorable matchup if he does indeed get the minutes.
