76ers get four-point play despite not even shooting the ball (Video)

The 76ers can’t be terrible all of the time, as luck sometimes will find them on the court
The Philadelphia 76ers are the laughing stock of the NBA more or less, this much we can all agree on. They’re currently finishing up yet another miserable season on the court, as well as off of it as we saw this past week with the resignation of Sam Hinkie. Despite them being completely awful, though, they still manage to have their bright moments on the floor.
And they will have these moments, even if they really don’t intend for it to happen.
In the loss to the Knicks on Friday night, at one point they are going for the alley-oop to center Nerlens Noel, but the alley-oop was not successful. That’s okay, though, because the ball actually ended up going in after a foul, resulting in basically an inadvertent four-point play.
Hey, if there’s any team on the planet that will take something like that, it’s the 76ers. They don’t have much to be happy about these days, so a four-point play, intentional or not, is something they can hang their hats on.
Way to go, Sixers, no one can make fun of you guys for this one.
