Steelers. Mike Vick. 7. player. 55. . QB

Mike Vick might go down as the most athletic quarterback in NFL history, but it’s a shame that he couldn’t stay healthy for the entirety of his career. Granted, he was in trouble off the field for a dogfighting ring, but even when he was playing, he had a tough time staying off the injured reserve list.

As a dual-threat quarterback at Virginia Tech in 1999 and 2000, Vick proved to be extremely dynamic and showed his ability to tuck and run with the ball as well as air it out. He decided to leave after his redshirt sophomore year and it was a solid decision as he was drafted No. 1 overall by the Atlanta Falcons.

Vick played very limited time as a rookie, starting just two games, and then started 15 in his second season. It was before the 2003 season in which he was started to see his body wear down on him. He suffered a fractured fibula and missed 11 games.

After getting suspended for the 2007 and 2008 seasons, Vick came back to play for Philadelphia and he hasn’t been the same quarterback since. He’s suffered a new injury seemingly every year and hasn’t played a full season since 2006. It’s a mixture of poor play and injuries, but if Vick could have a career re-do, he could be a completely different beast.
