High Value C

Enes Kanter-Oklahoma City Thunder (5,800): Kanter took advantage of the Thunder resting their stars to go off for a career-high 33 points against the Blazers while adding 20 rebounds to get to an amazing 60 fantasy points. Kanter has been a solid value play for much of the season even though he typically comes off the bench for OKC.  Kanter has at least 29 fantasy points in four of his last seven games, but he doesn’t have super-high upside tonight since all the Thunder starters are expected to return.  Still, Kanter may have earned himself some playing time with his monster game on Wednesday, so he’s a good play at under 6K tonight.

Tyson Chandler-Phoenix Suns (5,400): Chandler had his fifth straight double-double on Thursday with 21 points and ten boards agains the Rockets for a total of 37.5 fantasy points. Chandler has at least 33 fantasy points in four of his last five and is a more consistent option than Kanter since he’s getting over 33 minutes a night.  Chandler has quietly been consistent when healthy, but his solid run has been wasted amid the myriad of injuries that have devastated the Suns this season.

Alexis Ajinca-New Orleans Pelicans (4,500): Taking on Chandler and the Suns, Ajinca will try to continue his own strong late-season push after dominating the Lakers for 28 points and 15 rebounds last night.  He finished with 53 fantasy points in that contest and has at least 20 fantasy points in each of his last seven. He’ll be in a tougher matchup against the Suns’ big men including Chandler tonight, but he definitely is showing some nice offensive game as he is asked to step up for New Orleans.
