5. Draymond Green

If there is a forward of the future in the NBA, Draymond Green is the prototype of that player. He’s so versatile that he can guard just about every position on the court and he has with success. He can also shoot the basketball, drive the lane and do just about everything offensively.

He’s quickly becoming a triple-double machine and one of the elite players in the NBA, if he isn’t already. He’s a weapon that no one really else has but the Warriors. That means that he’ll ultimately be the x-factor on offense for the Warriors in the playoffs.

Every single night on the court, Green is going to match up against the best player of the court and he’s going to be a pain for opposing offenses. Even worse, Green does not give up on plays either. When a team thinks that they have a basket in transition, Green is there to poke it away at the last second and create turnovers.

While everyone will be focused on Thompson and Curry, it’s the work that Green does all over the floor that will allow the other two along with the rest of the team to do their thing.
