It seems like one of the most coveted positions in the NFL today is somebody who can create havoc in the backfield. Players like Von Miller and J.J. Watt are some of the most wanted players in the game. These players not only get to the quarterback on a regular basis, they are in the quarterbacks heads all game long. The quarterback, heck the entire offense, doesn’t go to the line without figuring out where these types of players are.

DeForest Buckner could turn into one of these players. At 6-7, 291-pounds, this guy has the physical tools he needs to succeed at the next level. But he also has the desire he needs to become one of the best in the league. Watt is so good because his drive is insane. Buckner is known to have an insane motor, always working.

Buckner won the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year Award and was a first-team All-American.

He has the physical tools to be great at the next level. If he can continue to get better, improve and refine his skills, he could cause some commotion in the backfield on a regular basis in the league.
