If Keith Marshall is still on the board this late, it would be a steal for most teams. The Chargers spend a first round pick on running back Melvin Gordon last season, but he needs someone to help carry the load. Marshall can do that.

With a 4.31 time in the 40 at the NFL Combine, he was one of the fastest players in Indy and his 25 reps on the bench compliments that speed very nicely. Marshall has played behind Todd Gurley and Nick Chubb, meaning he could once again share the spotlight with Gordon. The Chargers need a second running back who can be a legitimate threat and if healthy, Marshall can be that threat.

He can catch out of the backfield, he knows how to hit the hole and can do so very quickly. At 219 pounds, though, he could stand to add a little weight, but players have succeeded in the NFL around that kind of weight.

Marshall turned a lot of heads at the combine, but his collegiate career detracts from his potential. If he does reach his true potential, though, which he flashed at the combine, he could be a solid running back at the next level.
