Tennessee Titans: 7-round mock draft
Rashard Higgins – Wide Receiver – Colorado State
Tennessee should pick this guy up because of his potential upside. He was a consensus All-American and led the country in 2014 with 1,750 receiving yards, 17 touchdowns and 18.2 yards-per-catch. The Titans have a decent receiving corp, though. With Dorial Green-Beckham, Kendall Wright and Justin Hunter, they are a young, talented group. But Higgins has such a high upside and the Titans have so many picks, why not?
Justin Hunter is pretty inconsistent and their group has had trouble staying healthy throughout the season. Higgins would not only add talent and could start if he plays to his potential, but he could add depth to a talented squad for Mariota to pass to.
At six one he has a good height for the position, but could stand to add some muscle, only weighing in at 196. He has the type of ego you look for in a wide receiver and could be pretty good in the league one day. The Titans should pick this guy up if he’s still on the board for their sixth pick of the draft.
