4. Oakland Raiders

The Oakland Raiders are quickly building one of the next juggernauts in the NFL, thanks to some tremendous pieces on offense and on defense. With Khalil Mack leading the way on defense, the Oakland Raiders went out and added Bruce Irvin and Sean Smith to the defense in free agency.

With many believing that the Raiders took another step by adding those two in free agency, they could really go all the way and go get a shutdown cornerback in free agency in Josh Norman. The Raiders are right on the edge of a cap space number where they should be able to clear a little to make the numbers work.

With a ferocious pass rush that is only going to continue to get better and Smith already at one cornerback spot, the Raiders would have one of the most feared defenses in the league with Norman back at cornerback. They would have two guys that would pick off passes all day while Mack sacked quarterbacks and forced them into bad throws.

Add in the fact that Aldon Smith could be a huge piece when he returns from suspension and suddenly, the Raiders might just be on the verge of being great again. They need to find a way to get Norman.
