3. Chicago Bears

When it comes to meeting the price demands of a guy like Josh Norman, it’s really going to be the teams with cap space that have the advantage of going after him. One of the teams that has money and could use Norman is the Chicago Bears.

Head coach John Fox has worked on building a great defense in Chicago since he’s arrived and he’s already got some pieces in place as he continues to get to work. With Norman being let go by the Carolina Panthers, Fox could offer Norman the chance to shine in the Chicago market and become the start of the defense.

He would make life tougher on the opposing quarterbacks of the NFC North and would really put Chicago in the discussion as a potential playoff team in 2016. The Bears have done a solid job of already adding to the depth of their roster in free agency and now a chance at a superstar has potentially fallen into their laps.

For years, the Bears’ defense was anchored by great defensive backs like Charles Tillman and Tim Jennings. Ever since their best days passed them by, the team has looked for their replacement.

Could Chicago be the place for Norman?
