High Value SF

Al-Farouq Aminu-Portland Trail Blazers (5,000): Aminu was the better of the two Blazers  SF options since Maurice Harmless struggled in a tough matchup against Blake and DeAndre in Game One.  Aminu ended up with 33 fantasy points on ten points, 12 boards, and three assists in his 26 minutes which is a solid return at his 5.5K price.  He will need to step up again tonight if the Blazers are going to get a road win, and Aminu should have a little extra motivation since he is still taking on his former team, the Clippers. Look for him to be a safe and solid investment even though he doesn’t have the upside of Morris.

Stanley Johnson-Detroit Pistons (3,200): Johnson had a strong Game One for Detroit even though his minutes were a big limited since he was coming off the bench behind Morris, Tobias Harris, and KCP who logged heavy workloads.  Johnson was successful in his 16 minutes on the floor grabbing eight rebounds and adding nine points for 20.5 fantasy points. He’ll try to give the Pistons a similar spark tonight when given the chance, and I like him since he chips in solid non-scoring stats when he’s given the chance making him the best option under 4K tonight.
