High Value PF

Marvin Williams-Charlotte Hornets (5,300): Williams was a no-show for Game One after an impressive season. He shot just 1-7 in his 26 minutes scoring just two points and picking up three rebounds for a paltry 9.1 fantasy points. He finished the season on a solid run and had a breakout year in many ways as he found a good fit in Charlotte’s offense.  He averaged 11.7 points and 6.4 rebounds during the regular season, and Charlotte needs him to be much closer to those numbers than his Game One mess.

Tristan Thompson-Cleveland Cavaliers (4,800): Thompson started at center as expected in Game One and played 30 minutes.  He only managed two assists and two points to go with his six rebounds, but if he gets that much time he should be around a double-double in most games.

Ed Davis-Portland Trail Blazers (3,900): Davis should get more playing time tonight against the Clippers since he is their best matchup against the DeAndre/Blake front court of the Clippers.  He only played 20 minutes in Game One, though, and finished with six points and eight rebounds while picking up three quick fouls. I think Davis is one of the keys to getting the Blazers a win tonight, and I hope Terry Stotts  gets him the playing time he needs to produce a big stat line.
