Miami Heat superfan has the best costume ever (VIdeo)

One fan of the Miami Heat was so excited to cheer his team on he donned a futuristic robot outfit and put on a special light show.

It’s true. There are still Miami Heat fans despite LeBron James leaving the franchise two years ago.

In fact, there is even a Miami Heat superfan who was in attendance for the team’s playoff game tonight against the Charlotte Hornets. And you couldn’t miss him because he literally glows in the dark.

I’m not sure how he put this outfit together, how much it cost or how he manages to go to the bathroom wearing this get-up, but I’d like to sit down with him over a cold beer and hot pizza to discuss how I can get one for myself.

In all seriousness, you have to applaud his fandom, because Miami sports fans are known for their lack of passion for their sports teams. Whether it’s the Miami Marlins or the Miami Hurricanes who can’t fill their stadiums or the Heat and their fair weather reputation, this fan is trying to end that reputation.

The Heat will be on the road for the next two games as they travel to Charlotte with a 2-0 series lead, the first in the post-LeBron era, but I speak for all of America when I say, I hope the Heat have a few more home games this year and this guy gets free tickets from Pat Riley, Dwayne Wade and the rest of the Heat organization.
