3. Torry Holt

The Rams team that dominated the NFL in the early 2000s in St. Louis had plenty of legendary talent on the team. With a Hall of Fame offensive tackle in Orlando Pace and a soon-to-be Hall of Famer in Kurt Warner at quarterback, the Rams also had one of the best receivers ever in Torry Holt.

Paired alongside Pro Bowl wide receiver Isaac Bruce, the Rams had one of the most lethal passing threats in all of football and Holt really took the team’s offense to the next level. He was a seven-time Pro Bowler, an All-Pro once and led the league in receiving in two separate years.

He also put together an improbable streak that has never been duplicated: he went six straight seasons with 90 or more catches and 1,300+ receiving yards. It helped that he had one of the best offenses of all time around him, but he took advantage of every opportunity that he got and went onto greatness.

He’s been a semifinalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame and with the impact that he had on those teams, there stands a good chance that he will get into the Hall of Fame some day.

He was fast, he could catch and he could make the tough catch. Holt could do it all with the football in his hands.
