High Salary PG

Kyrie Irving-Cleveland Cavaliers (8,000): Kyrie came back to earth a bit in Game 2 against Detroit but still had a nice 34.75 fantasy points after his 54.25-fantasy-point explosion in Game 1. He definitely is in a matchup he can exploit, and he has the potential to go off if he can turn in non-scoring numbers like he did in Game 1.  Irving isn’t really playing the point as much with LeBron running the offense, but he is still worth a look tonight as the Cavs try to take a commanding 3-0 lead over Detroit.

Isaiah Thomas-Boston Celtics (7,900): If Boston is going to make this a series, they’re going to need IT4 to step up and help them to a much better start.  He only managed 16 points in their Game 2 loss finishing with 23.75 fantasy points after a pretty strong 47.25 fantasy points in Game 1. I think he’ll bounce back at home tonight, but there is definitely some risk with Thomas since the Hawks are defending him very well.

Reggie Jackson-Detroit Pistons (6,700): Jackson is trending up after 31.5 fantasy points in Game 1 and 35.5 fantasy points in Game 2.  He also tends to play better at home than on the road averaging almost three more points and two more assists at The Palace than when Detroit hits the road.  Those home-road splits result in almost five more fantasy points in his home games than in his away games. I think Jackson will have a big game as he and the Pistons try to take Game 3 at their house tonight, and it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to me if they pull this one out.
