High Salary C

Hassan Whiteside-Miami Heat (8,500): Whiteside has double-doubled in both the first two games of this series and also picked up multiple blocks.  He had 45.75 fantasy points in Game 1 as a result and followed that up with 41.75 fantasy points on Wednesday in Game 2. Whiteside should be able to dominate down low again tonight since Charlotte doesn’t have any answers for his athleticism down low.

DeAndre Jordan-Los Angeles Clippers (7,900): Another effective big man in a mismatch is DeAndre Jordan who has similar numbers to Whiteside in Game 1 and Game 2 of his series.  In Game 1, he totaled 45.5 fantasy points on 18 points and 23 boards, and then in Game 2 he had 40.5 fantasy points on 18 rebounds and five assists even though he only scored three points. Jordan dominated the Blazers during the regular season as well and Portland’s interior defense has struggled all year which sets up well for Jordan and Griffin tonight.

Jonas Valanciunas-Toronto Raptors (6,400): If you can’t afford the options around 8K, Valanciunas is a solid alternative since he has been crushing the Pacers down low all series.  He only had nine points in Game 3 but added 14 rebounds and a block to get to 27.5 fantasy points. He was even better in the first two games of the series going for a pair of nice double-doubles and getting 39.25 fantasy points and 48.75 fantasy points. He can save you some money if he puts up similar numbers tonight, but he is higher risk than Jordan and Whiteside.
